Four police officers were injured in Portland on Saturday and a man āintentionallyā drove his SUV into a crowd of protestors in Virginia as āNo Kings Dayā protests descended into chaos across the country.
The widespread violence broke out following President Donald Trumpās birthday military parade in Washington D.C. and anti-Trump marches across the country.
It was a scene of chaos in Portland as hundreds of protesters clad in black clashed with federal officers at the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement office.


Israel has urged the United States over the past two days to join its newly launched military campaign against Iran, but the US is currently not considering such a move, reports Axios, citing Israeli and American officials.
In the past 48 hours, Israel asked US President Donald Trumpās administration to join its attack against the Islamic Republicās nuclear and military sites, two Israeli officials told the news site.
A US official confirmed Israelās request and said the Trump administration is not currently considering joining the conflict, the report reads.

Over 200 others have been injured.

The man accused of carrying out a targeted shooting against two state lawmakers and their spouses, local media is now reporting that his wife, Jenny Boelter, was detained and questioned during a traffic stop that revealed a cache of alarming items in her possession ā including a gun, ammunition, large amounts of cash, and multiple passports.
According to a report by KSTP-TV, the vehicle carrying Jenny Boelter and three other family members was stopped outside a convenience store near Onamia, Minnesota, around 10 a.m. Saturday morning ā just hours after authorities launched a manhunt for her husband.
According to Menās Journal, while KSTP stopped short of naming Jenny, The New York Post confirmed her identity as the wife of the fugitive suspect, Vance Boelter, who is wanted in connection with a brutal shooting in Minnesota.


Missouri Gov. Mike Kehoe (R) on Thursday declared a state of emergency and activated the stateās National Guard in anticipation of protests across the state ā and in response to ācivil unrestā across the country.
Missouri Executive Order 25-25 declares a State of Emergency and allows the Adjutant General to order service members to aid state officials.
The order comes after the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Missouri National Guard and Missouri Department of Public Safety established a Unified Command to monitor situations across the state and prepare local law enforcement.

A man has been charged with murdering a 13-month-old boy, as well as serious sexual and child cruelty offences.
Teacher Jamie Varley is accused of killing Preston Davey, who died in Blackpool in July 2023, the Crown Prosecution Service said.
The 36-year-old was in the process of adopting Preston along with co-accused John McGowan-Fazakerley, 31, who also appeared in court.
