👍 Yes: “I think 80 is a good number, but it also has to be for congress also. Reading a book about the pre Civil War and noticed that all of those congress members were also serving for years & years, unless they died.”

👎 No: “ Some of the greatest legal minds in our history were Supreme Court Justices over 70 years old. If they start slipping like a certain puppet POTUS is currently, then give them a cognitive test and if htey pass keep them on hte couirt.”

👎 No: “The use of term limits on our highest court would enable any party in control of Congress to alter our Constitution at a whim. The president has the power to appoint justices which will favor their agenda once they have control of Congress. It would increase corruption in our government. While what we truly need is Congressional term limits.”

👎 No: “I don’t support term limits but, I would support an age limit. I don’t want to see unappointed clerks, make decisions for aging justices, who don’t want to retire when they are well beyond handling their position. ”
