đ” JFK Files Released
Good evening. Itâs Tuesday, March 18.

President Donald Trumpâs administration on Tuesday released what it said were all of the governmentâs classified files on the 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy, making tens of thousands of pages of unredacted records available to the public for the first time.
The release of the files comes after Trump signed a day one executive order in January aimed at fully releasing government documents related to the assassinations of Kennedy, his brother and presidential candidate Sen. Robert F. Kennedy, D-N.Y., and civil rights icon Martin Luther King Jr.
The contents of the documents, and whether any previously unreleased information is in them, wasnât immediately clear. Historians quickly said they would need time to assess the flood of files to understand if they were significantly different from previous releases.

Elon Muskâs attempt to unilaterally dismantle the U.S. Agency for International Development likely violated the United States Constitution, a federal judge ruled on Tuesday.
U.S. District Judge Theodore Chuang ordered Musk and his Department of Government Efficiency to immediately give USAID employees access to their âemail, payment, security notification, and all other electronic systems,â and ordered a pause on any efforts to shut down USAID.
Judge Chuang wrote that Muskâs takeover âusurped the authority of the publicâs elected representatives in Congress to make decisions on whether, when, and how to eliminate a federal government agency, and of Officers of the United States duly appointed under the Constitution to exercise the authority entrusted to them.â

A pair of NASA astronauts, who were stranded in space for more than nine months, returned to Earth on Tuesday, landing in the Gulf of America off Tallahassee, Florida, bringing an end to an unforeseen odyssey.
Barry âButchâ Wilmore, 62, and Suni Williams, 59, returned home after a new crew replaced them and two other astronauts reached the International Space Station (ISS) over the weekend.
The four-person Crew-10 carried by a SpaceX Dragon spacecraft early on Sunday met up with the ISS, where Wilmore and Williams had been living since their planned roughly week-long mission in June 2024 turned into a much longer one.

Tesla has been removed from the Vancouver International Auto Show.
The decision was announced Tuesday afternoon, March 18, by Eric Nicholl, executive director of the 2025 event taking place this week at the Vancouver Convention Centre.
In a statement, Nicholl explained the American-based automaker was given multiple chances to voluntarily withdraw from the show.

A federal judge on Tuesday temporarily blocked the U.S. military from enforcing President Donald Trumpâs executive order barring transgender people from military service while a lawsuit by 20 current and would-be service members challenging the measure goes forward.
U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes in Washington found that Trumpâs January 27 order, one of a several issued by the Republican president impacting legal rights for transgender Americans, likely violated the U.S. Constitutionâs prohibition on sex discrimination.
Reyes was appointed by President Joe Biden, Trumpâs Democrat predecessor.

Just when you thought the insanity was starting to subside with Democrats out of office, we learn last week that New Jersey hospitals are now requesting parents to specify their babyâs preferred pronouns and sexual orientation , according to a report from the NY Post.
Inspira Healthâs âSexual Orientation and Gender Identity Questionnaireâ asks parents to âidentifyâ their baby as âMale, Female, Transgender, GenderQueer,â or âAdditional gender category.â
The healthcare system, which runs multiple hospitals and centers in South Jersey, introduced the form last year to comply with a new state law requiring providers to collect demographic and identity data âin a culturally competent and sensitive manner.â

Hungaryâs parliament, led by Prime Minister Viktor OrbĂĄnâs national-conservative and anti-globalist Fidesz party, passed new âchild protectionâ legislation on Tuesday, which, among other provisions, bans LGBT âPrideâ marches.
The lawâan amendment to the Assembly Actâpassed by a decisive 136-27 vote with no abstentions and backed by OrbĂĄnâs Fidesz party and their minority coalition partner, the Christian Democrats, makes it âillegal to hold an assembly that violates the prohibition set forth in Child Protection Act.â
âToday, we voted to ban gatherings that violate child protection laws. In Hungary, a childâs right to healthy physical, mental, intellectual, and moral development comes first. We wonât let woke ideology endanger our kids,â Prime Minister OrbĂĄn wrote on X following the cote.

More than two dozen Wikipedia editors allegedly colluded in a years-long scheme to inject anti-Israel language on topics related to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the Anti-Defamation League claimed in a bombshell report released Tuesday.
The rogue editors, at least 30 of them, flooded one of the worldâs most popular sites with âantisemitic narratives, anti-Israel bias, and misleading information,â according to the report by the ADLâs Center for Tech and Society.
The alleged bias also extended to pervasive âpro-Hamas perspectivesâ across Arabic-language Wikipedia content, the report claimed.
