IF they can prove they have otherwise been model "citizens" who have NOT received ANY "benefits" and have worked hard, paid taxes, and not broken ANY other laws the whole time they were here then they can start the LEGAL process to try to get back in. But, they don't get to jump ahead in the line, nor get any special treatment. If they took ANY welfare or broke ANY laws while here, they should be banned forever from entering the USA again. ”
