Rioters in Portland on Wednesday night were seen assaulting law enforcement with fireworks and explosives.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) shared video of the assault from rioters opposed to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations.
āLast night, Portland rioters violently targeted federal law enforcementā 250 rioters launched fireworks, shined lasers in officersā eyes to temporarily blind them, and stormed an ICE field office,ā said the DHS. āUltimately, five individuals were arrested on various charges including assault on federal law enforcement.ā

US Border Patrol agents recently discovered and disabled a nearly 3,000-foot-long narcotics smuggling tunnel sitting beneath the US-Mexico border.
Agents found the tunnel ā which linked Tijuana and San Diego ā in early April while it was actively under construction.
