🔵 Trump Warns Hamas

Good morning. It’s Tuesday, February 11.

US President Donald Trump suggested Monday that Israel end a ceasefire in Gaza and resume fighting if all remaining hostages are not freed by the end of the week, after the Hamas terror group said it was delaying the release of hostages slated for Saturday, placing fresh doubts on whether the fraught truce will hold.

Speaking to reporters, Trump conceded that Israel might want to override him on the ultimatum and the Saturday noon deadline, adding that he might speak to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. But he expressed fears for the fates of those still being held captive, predicting that many would not survive if not released in the coming days.

“As far as I’m concerned, if all of the hostages aren’t returned by Saturday at 12 o’clock, I think it’s an appropriate time. I would say, cancel it and all bets are off and let hell break out. I’d say they ought to be returned by 12 o’clock on Saturday,” Trump said.

The Fox Corporation said on Monday that it had acquired Red Seat Ventures, a growing digital media company that has become a go-to partner for old-media stars like Megyn Kelly, Tucker Carlson and Piers Morgan as they create their own independent online programming.

Red Seat and its founding partners, the brothers Chris and Kevin Balfe, will continue to operate independently within Fox’s Tubi Media Group, an arm of Rupert Murdoch’s media empire focused on digital and streaming ventures. A purchase price was not disclosed.

The acquisition moves the Fox Corporation into the heart of the online “creator economy,” where media personalities who once relied on old-school corporate distributors — like, say, the cable networks owned by Fox — have struck out on their own to build podcasts and streaming shows that rack up millions of subscribers on platforms like YouTube and SiriusXM.

The FBI just discovered about 2,400 records tied to President Kennedy’s assassination that were never provided to a board tasked with reviewing and disclosing the documents, Axios has reported.

The still-secret records are contained in 14,000 pages of documents the FBI found in a review triggered by President Trump’s Jan. 23 executive order demanding the release of all JFK assassination records.

The discovery — 61 years after Kennedy was killed in Dallas — follows decades of government reluctance to release all documents related to the assassination, which fueled a mountain of conspiracy theories.

Acting U.S. Deputy Attorney General Emil Bove has ordered federal prosecutors in New York to drop corruption charges against New York Mayor Eric Adams, a senior Justice Department official said Monday evening.

The order is for all charges against Adams to be dismissed, and the dismissal is without prejudice, the official said, meaning charges could be refiled in the future.

A formal dismissal request would be filed in court by prosecutors overseen by Danielle R. Sassoon, the acting U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, where the charges were brought. A motion to dismiss would also be reviewed by a judge.

President Donald Trump issued a full pardon for former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich on Monday evening.

The pardon, first reported by Axios, follows reporting that Blagojevich could also be appointed as ambassador to Serbia. It would mirror Charles Kushner, who was convicted of tax evasion and was pardoned before being appointed as an ambassador.

A person close to Blagojevich declined to say if the former governor was under consideration for the ambassador role.

The Senate on Monday night voted to invoke cloture on President Donald Trump’s nominee for director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, clearing the way for her to be confirmed later in the week.

The 52-46 vote was along party lines, according to NBC News, which saw all Republicans vote to advance the controversial nominee.

Trump nominated Gabbard, who was previously a Democrat before she changed parties in November of last year.

President Donald Trump wants to send IRS agents to the Mexico border to remove illegal migrants.

The tax agents would be deputized to help arrest, detain and transport people out of the country.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, in a memo, asked Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent to make the move to have IRS agents assist with immigration enforcement efforts across the country.

Thousands of British farmers descended upon Westminster on Monday morning to protest the leftist Labour Party government’s plans to impose inheritance taxes on family farms, which critics warn will force farmers to sell their land after their parents die to pay the tax collector.

Rows of tractors clogged Whitehall outside Downing Street, stretching from Parliament to Trafalgar Square on Monday as Prime Minister Sir Kier Starmer’s government has vowed to plough ahead with plans to slap a 20 per cent death tax on farms valued at least £1 million (£2m for married couples) by next year.

The leftist government has justified removing the inheritance tax exemption for farmers because some wealthy individuals have bought farmland to safeguard their assets from the state, and this wealth is needed to pay for social services like the state healthcare system.
