Do you agree with the Supreme Court ruling that a former president has substantial immunity from prosecution for official acts committed while in office?

🟦 🟦 🟦 🟦 🟦 🟦 👍 Agree (99%)

⬜️ ⬜️ ⬜️ ⬜️ ⬜️ ⬜️ 👎 Disagree (1%)

👍 Agree: “If presidents don’t have immunity, they will not take action (like it or not) for been afraid of been prosecuted once they leave office. I Only agree on official acts not personal acts and that exactly what POTUS ruled on”

👍 Agree: “There is no way someone can run the country if they have to be worried that their decisions could result in their incarceration. Obama used a drone to kill an American citizen overseas. Murder, anyone? President Trump killed Qasem Soleimani. Could this have been considered murder or an assassination? The impeachment process exists to stop a president from committing crimes against the nation. The president must be able to do his job without fear of reprisal, as we need to keep lawfare and extortion from being used against our leader. ”

👎 Disagree: “Continue the info....for acts done within the confines of the Constitution!!! I think any president who commits treason or other severely detrimental acts while president should not be immune. The Constitution must be considered .”
